I didn't become a serious runner until after I had my 2nd child and it's been so good for me. I've found a hobby in it!Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12598774799050585210noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1136207191598292498.post-72781036778831565222008-09-01T15:06:00.000-07:002008-09-01T15:06:00.000-07:00Um, hello. It says, "Look at how happy and jiggly I am! I LOVE being Jello!"

I'm Jello.annie valentinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09259818466629913925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1136207191598292498.post-42523089130311963172008-08-31T22:44:00.000-07:002008-08-31T22:44:00.000-07:00We have added you to Mormon Mommy Blogs. But the bra is awesome, talk about lock and load-no worries you can run in the daytime!

Second, it will take you a solid month of running 4-5 times a week before your lungs stop hurting. So stick it out.

Third, aim for about 2-3 miles and about 12 minute miles. Do this until your lungs stop hurting.

This is what I can offer you. And as someone who hurt her knee playing BB two weeks ago and hasn't ran for a solid week, I am pretty sure that by the time I pick it up again you may have some pointers for me! I actually enjoy it now and at last running I was down to 9 minute miles and would run easily for over :20 before I even looked at my watch.

Good Luck!Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05075087429955863877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1136207191598292498.post-68726430304589969962008-08-31T10:11:00.000-07:002008-08-31T10:11:00.000-07:00I was turned off to running for the same reasons y...I was turned off to running for the same reasons you were in high school. However, my problem was solved by four kids. I am left with nothing. Still though, I don't run. I ride a recumbent bike- in the privacy of my home.
But good luck in the rematch.McFarland Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16402499978967455677noreply@blogger.com
